Appalachia

IT took a while but I finally saw the connection ... for a song that started out with the words cheap headphones it turned to thoughts on what is true, lasting, and Appalachian that so many overlook while denigrating WV, etc. I'm told a book is out ... and of course it's not the only one, with a dim view...a template created, a cliche...opportunistic ploy, a literary device, a “gotcha” moment divorced from the reality of the human condition, humanity, a trap, a caricature, ...Hillbilly Elegy? That denies our faith and our worth, encompassed in The Lord’s Prayer. And #DeliverUsFromEvil ie the “Headphones” are our connection to the reality on high, the words of the Master, our connection to Our Father who art in heaven.... Peace. #TLP #DeliverUsFromEvil
